The way back on the parallel path heading down gives a stunning view over Champsec.

The keener skiers can continue and do the long Champsec circuit (3.7 km) which carries on until it gets to the “Domaine de la Sasse” before heading back to the start point.

These two paths (short and long Champsec circuits) can be done one after the other.

Created in 2009, this ski circuit is great for beginner cross-country skiers, as well as those who are more experienced, and is suitable for both skating and classic cross-country skiing. Its location at the heart of the Bagnes Valley gives each skier the chance to breathe pure mountain air in an idyllic setting...and if the weather permits, doing this route by moonlight is a real pleasure.
