Sappey Oratory

This oratory was born from the aspirations of one of our holy women. Having saved up during forty years of service at a parish, she wished to gift her savings for the construction of a chapel in her home village. Realising that this would not be possible straight away, shortly before she died she gave her savings to the Prarreyer chapel, which was then being built.

But shouldn’t they have tried to give effect to her wishes? We have been able to do this thanks to all of the Sappey...
